All pets that reside on property must be included on the lease&nbsp;and&nbsp;have a&nbsp;pet fee in the amount of $200.00 and a pet deposit in the amount of $100.00&nbsp;for a total of $300 per pet. The deposit will be refundable under the same terms and conditions as the Security Deposit. In addition, Tenant(s) shall pay the sum of $10.00 per month per animal as Pet Rent, due and payable with the Monthly Rental Amount.&nbsp;<br /><br />A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment and dogs must be at least one year of age. Certain breeds of dogs are prohibited, this includes dogs of purebred and mixed ancestry containing any of the following:&nbsp; Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pincer, Chow, and Presa Canario. Tenant(s) may be required to provide verification of age and breed from a licensed veterinarian. &nbsp;<br /><br />This list may be updated from time to time at the discretion of the Landlord. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.&nbsp; If an animal bites any person or pet, that animal must be removed from the property within 24 hours upon receipt of notice from Landlord. Upon acceptance by Landlord and Tenant(s), the terms and conditions of the "Pet Lease" shall become a part of this lease agreement as if fully set forth herein.
